There are counter chairs, tables, and TATAMI table as well. So, everyone such as families friends and couples, can have a good time here.
The owner recommends “OKONOMIYAKI HOKUTO SPECIAL.”
It has garlics, beef, spring onions, and row egg. It’s too much maybe haha.
In this restaurant, you can have stakes and appetizers not only okonomiyaki.
And also, they have skewers and bottomless cup courses.

After you go out from the Saijo Station and go along the big street, you can find it on your right.
TOKUGAWA serves Kansai / Osaka Style Okonomiyaki, not Hiroshima Style ones. It’s rare in Saijo.
TOKUGAWA have some shops inside Hiroshima & Yamaguchi prefecture, so it is popular okonomiyaki restaurants.
You can COOK okonomiyaki if you like. It can be very interesting experiments in Japan.

You can find it with Yellow roof.
You can eat Okonomiyaki with so much dried blue lavers. They are funny looking.😁
